Monthly Maintenance
We offer a maintenance services! We take the guess work out each month!
A visual inspection of the home for obvious issues, interior and exterior. We go the extra mile to ensure we try catch issues before they occur.
This service is a monthly plans, however will include several areas that need maintaining on a yearly level also.
Air filters
- Operation and regular checks within the home of various neglected items.
- Yearly batteries for smoke alarms.
- Salt monitoring and replacement (excluding salt)
- Small repairs,
- Picture hanging.
- Bulb replacement (excluding bulbs)
- Wood pecker holes!
Dryer vents
- Ceiling fan/appliance cleanings.
- The list goes on! If you need it, we’ll get it done.
- This plan is tailored to each clients home and costs vary.

Basic Service
- Weekly, bi-weekly or full-service programs available
- Check property for papers, trash, marketing info left at your door
- Inspection of landscaping
- Visual inspection of interior & exterior of building, walking entire perimeter
- Check for signs of pest and insect infestation
- Visual inspection of pool and/or spa
- Run water in all sinks, tubs and showers to prevent gases from entering the home.
- Check sinks for leaks
- Flush and brush toilets
- Check air conditioning/heating for proper operation
- Run water through refrigerator (if applicable)
- Run garbage disposal
- Laundry/Utility room check.
- Check hot water system for any signs of leaks
Premium Service
- Weekly, bi-weekly or full-service programs available
- Customizable plans for all of your additional needs
- Mail pickup (if applicable)
- Check property for papers, trash, marketing info left at your door
- Watering potted plants (if applicable)
- Inspection of landscaping
- Visual inspection of interior & exterior of building, walking entire perimeter

- Visual inspection of pool and/or spa
